WHAT IF I COMMUNICATE WITH SAVVY ELECTRONICALLY?

When you email Savvy or visit our website, you are communicating with us electronically. When you email Savvy, you consent to receive communications from us electronically in response. Please note that this does not constitute opting in to our email or direct mail lists, which would only be applicable if you register. Savvy may communicate with you by email, by updating or posting notices on the website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosure and other communications that Savvy provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. All communications with Savvy become the property of Savvy.

WHAT INFORMATION WILL SAVVY COLLECT?

In order to best serve our customers/members, Savvy collects and maintains your personal information whenever you: (i) register with Savvy; (ii) purchase any items from Savvy. When creating an account, we ask you for your first and last name, your e-mail address, a password, and other information. If you are making a purchase, we will also ask you for your billing address, shipping address, and credit card information.

Our system also may gather information about the areas you visit on our site as well as the IP address you use to connect to our site. We may use this data internally: 1) to personalize your experience on the Savvy website and the marketing materials which will be directed to you from Savvy and 2) to prevent fraud on your account. We do not share any of this data on an individual basis (although it may be shared in an aggregate form without specific personal identifiers) with any outside company other than perhaps consultants or service providers of Savvy who assist Savvy in improving service to you. Such sharing would however only occur where the consultant or service provider agreed to protect your private information by adopting a privacy policy at least as stringent as our own. We do use navigational information both in the aggregate and on an individual basis to understand how our visitors use Savvy so that we can improve our website. We do not, however, keep track of other sites you may visit on the internet.

WHAT DOES SAVVY DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your information is used to process your orders and personalize your shopping experience on Savvy, for internal purposes, and to comply with any legal requirements. By storing your personal information on a secure server, Savvy is able to make your experience pleasant, secure and efficient.

At Savvy, we also review what kinds of products appeal most to our customers as a group. This statistical information helps us improve our designer offerings and offer you what you are most interested in considering. We may also use information about the kinds of products you buy from Savvy to make other marketing offers to you. Of course, you always have the option to "unsubscribe" (for instructions on how to "unsubscribe", please see below).
Savvy has implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information supplied by you is transmitted via encryption through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and securely stored in Savvy's database.

HOW CAN YOU REMOVE YOUR NAME "UNSUBSCRIBE" FROM OUR DIRECT MAIL OR E-MAIL LIST?

To have your email address removed from our list of addresses that receive information about new products, service, sales and promotions, simply:

Include "unsubscribe" as the subject line
