Why does Savvy Shipping take 10-14 days?
We have made exclusive arrangements with each designer/brand to reserve the inventory for each item we have selected until the conclusion of each event. We place the order for the items you have purchased as soon as the event has ended and they ship the merchandise to us upon receipt of the order. Once the merchandise reaches our warehouse, we ship it immediately to you. We have given ourselves a window of 10-14 business days to ensure that everything goes as planned.
What are Savvy’s shipping rates?
Shipping rates are dependent on the weight of your order and the zip code to where it is being shipped. These rates are calculated by UPS, our shipping carrier, and will be automatically added to your total purchase amount.
Where does Savvy ship to?
Savvy currently ships to all 50 states in the U.S. Unfortunately, Savvy does not offer shipping to international locations or P.O. boxes.
How can I track my Savvy purchase?
After making a purchase at Savvy, your order will be saved in your order history. Simply find the order you want to track in your order history and click the “tracking number” link to the right. This will take you directly to the UPS website where you can track the location of your package. You will also receive an email from UPS with a tracking number for your package as soon as your order is shipped out.
Why does Savvy not offer expedited shipping?
We like to keep our costs as low as possible so that we can pass the savings on to you. The best way for us to do this is to order exactly what you want from the designer at the end of the sale. They ship us the merchandise at the conclusion of the event and then we ship it immediately to you. Because it takes a few days for the merchandise to get to us, we, unfortunately, are unable to send your order any sooner.
What does it mean if an item I have purchased is “oversold”?
As with any sample sale, the number of items the designer/brand offers is limited. Unfortunately, there might be rare occasions where an item is indicated as still available when in fact it is sold out. We do our best to ensure that this does not happen but mistakes are inevitable. If, in a rare case, you have purchased at item that was oversold, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund for that item. You will also receive free shipping on your next online order at Savvy.
Is my package insured?
Our shipping carrier, UPS, automatically insures your package up to $100.
What are the tax rates?
We are required to charge sales tax when shipping merchandise to states where Savvy has a physical presence. Currently this is just New York.
