Can I return an item I have purchased?
At this time, Savvy only accepts returns for apparel items. All other categories are final sale. These include: ACCESSORIES, FOOTWEAR, FRAGRANCES, HANDBAGS, HOSIERY, INTIMATES, JEWELRY, LEATHER GOODS, SUNGLASSES, SWIMWEAR, VINTAGE, WALLETS, WATCHES If the items are non-returnable, an icon will appear in the sale stating that all purchases are final sale.
How long do I have to return an item?
All items must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of the date your order was shipped to you.
How do I return an order?
If the item you have purchased is returnable, a link will appear in the order history to “Return this item”. Click the link to access a return authorization form and enclose this form in the return package. You may ship the package through any carrier you prefer. Customers pay all return shipping charges.
Can I modify or cancel my order after I have placed it?
No, unfortunately, we cannot make any modifications or cancellations to an order. Our best advice is to be sure of your order before it is placed.
Are all sales final?
There are no returns, no exchanges, no refunds and no exceptions
